Shipping policy
Catati ships ecommerce orders nationwide within New Zealand and offers free
click and collect from our current pickup location.
Dispatch and store hours
Ecommerce orders are dispatched on business days, Monday to Friday excluding New
Zealand public holidays. Our current public opening hours are Tuesday to
Sunday, 11am to 5:30pm. We are closed to the public on Mondays and New Zealand
public holidays.
Auckland same-day delivery is not offered.
Shipping rates
Shipping options and eligibility are shown at checkout. Current standard rates are:
- Auckland: paid delivery options shown at checkout; free no-signature shipping
from $49. - North Island: paid delivery options shown at checkout; free no-signature
shipping from $99. - South Island: paid standard, no-signature and oversized options shown at
checkout; free no-signature shipping from $189.
Checkout rates, shipping options and eligibility are final if they differ from this policy or from earlier website wording.
Delivery estimates and delivery issues
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by
courier capacity, weather, public holidays, rural delivery, address issues,
access issues, customer instructions, or events outside Catati's reasonable
control.
If Catati arranges delivery and a parcel is missing, late, damaged or incorrect,
customers should contact Catati first with the order number and delivery details
so we can help investigate and arrange the next step.
Safe-place or no-signature delivery applies only where the customer selects the
relevant option at checkout. Customers are responsible for giving accurate and
safe delivery instructions, including any access codes, rural-delivery details
or safe-place instructions needed for delivery.
Click and collect
Click and collect is currently available free from 13A Ride Way, Rosedale,
Auckland 0632 during Catati's public opening hours. Customers should wait for
pickup confirmation before coming in, so the order can be prepared and checked.
