Catati is committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. This policy outlines how we handle deliveries, order processing, and customer responsibilities.


🚚 Auckland Delivery Options

We currently offer two delivery services within the Auckland region:

  • Economy Delivery
    Delivered Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.
  • Express Delivery
    Delivered Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
    • Orders placed before 1 PM: Same-day delivery.
    • Orders placed after 1 PM: Delivered the next available delivery day.
  • Flat Rate: Calculated at checkout based on your location

During checkout, our system automatically verifies your address to show the available options. Additional fees may apply for remote areas or outside our standard service zones.

🚚 North Island

We offer economy delivery to most North Island regions outside of Auckland:

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 business days from dispatch
  • Flat Rate: Calculated at checkout based on your location

Remote or rural addresses may experience slightly longer delivery times. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.


🕒 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day, including weekends.
You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email upon placing your order.
  • A notification when your order is out for delivery.

📦 Packaging and Handling

We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is damaged or incorrect.


⏳ Delivery Delays

We strive for punctual delivery, but occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Courier issues
  • Weather disruptions or public events

We’ll notify you of any significant delays and appreciate your understanding.


🚪 Delivery Instructions & Attempts
  • Our team or delivery partner will contact you when needed for smooth delivery.
  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, the parcel may be left in a safe location, unless otherwise specified.

📦 Courier Service Disclaimer

For deliveries made via third-party couriers:

  • We rely on their service standards and tracking systems.
  • Delivery timelines and handling may vary slightly.
  • We partner only with reputable services to ensure reliability.

📩 Order Tracking & Support

Track your order via the shipping confirmation email.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of receiving your tracking email, please contact us with your order number at info@catati.co.nz.


⚖️ Liability & Disputes

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural events
  • Courier errors
  • Strikes or disruptions

For lost or damaged parcels, please contact us directly. We’ll work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.
