Our Team
At Catati, we're a small, cat-obsessed team led by our founders and guided by our two resident reviewers. Every decision starts with one question: What would we want for Enheng and Madai?
Founders
Shien: Strategy & Design — leads Catati's vision, planning, creative direction, and the systems that keep things purring.
Gloria: Sourcing & Customer Care — builds supplier relationships, curates our range, and looks after every customer with warmth and care. (Too shy for a photo!)
Our Cats
Enheng: Chief Supervisor — tests every box and scratcher. If it survives Enheng, it's Catati-approved.
Madai: Chief Comfort Officer — approves beds, towers, and suites for maximum purrs.
Extended Team
As we grow, we're adding Hotel Attendants and Showroom/Warehouse staff who share our cat-first care and friendly service.
Together, we're here so every cat in New Zealand is Cats Loving It!
