Your delivery address, order value and shipping weight determine the available options. Enter your address at checkout to see the rates for your order. All prices below are in New Zealand dollars.

South Island heavy orders: The South Island Oversize option is $49.99 for orders with a shipping weight from 25 to 50 kg. The options available for your order, including any free-shipping eligibility, are shown at checkout.
Free shipping applies to eligible no-signature delivery options. Checkout rates, shipping options and eligibility are final if they differ from this page or earlier website wording.
Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch online orders on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Courier capacity, weather, public holidays, rural delivery, address or access issues, delivery instructions and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery times.
Preorders
Preorder items are not available for immediate dispatch. Please check the current ETA shown on the product page before ordering. The ETA is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, you can choose to have everything shipped together or to have the in-stock items shipped separately.

Delivery instructions
Please provide an accurate delivery address and any rural-delivery details, access codes or safe-place instructions needed for your parcel. Safe-place or no-signature delivery applies only when you select the relevant option at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate and safe delivery instructions.
Tracking and delivery help
Once the courier has collected your order, you will receive an email with your tracking link.
If we arrange delivery and your parcel is missing, late, damaged or incorrect, please contact us first at info@catati.co.nz with your order number and delivery details. We will help investigate and arrange the next step.

Our public opening hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 11am to 5:30pm. We are closed to the public on Mondays and New Zealand public holidays.
