Auckland Delivery Options:
For our Auckland-based customers, we offer two delivery options:
- Economy Delivery: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), with delivery taking 1-2 business days.
- Express Delivery: Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). Orders placed by 1pm will enjoy same-day delivery. If placed after the "cut-off" time (1pm) we'll guarantee it's delivery on the next available day.
During checkout, we automatically verify your address to display available delivery options. Additional fees or conditions may apply for deliveries to remote areas within Auckland or outside standard service zones.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1 day, even on weekends, following your order confirmation email. You'll receive another email when your order is out for delivery.
Delivery Delays:
While we aim for timely delivery, high order volumes or unforeseen postal disruptions may occasionally delay shipments. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any delays.
Delivery Instructions:
We make sure to contact you if we need further delivery instructions. Our delivery team strives to contact you before leaving the packaging at your address. If we're unable to reach you, we'll leave the package and proceed with delivery.
Courier Disclaimer:
Please note that for deliveries handled by third-party couriers, we cannot control their specific delivery procedures or timing beyond our initial arrangements. We work closely with reputable couriers to ensure the best possible delivery experience.
Liability and Disputes:
While we take every precaution to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or transportation strikes. For disputes regarding delivery, including lost or damaged packages, please contact us at info@catati.co.nz for assistance.
Legal Jurisdiction:
These shipping policies are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these policies shall be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law.
Order Status:
Check your order status using the email notification sent once your order ships.
Delayed Orders:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of shipping confirmation, contact us at info@catati.co.nz with your name and order number for assistance.
