Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@catati.co.nz. Returns should be sent to: 3 Kapehu Road, Silverdale, Auckland 0932, New Zealand.

Return Options: You have the flexibility to choose:

  • Store credit
  • Exchange for a different product
  • Refund to the original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale Items and Gift Cards: We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order.

Shipping: We provide free return shipping under specific circumstances:

  • Product fails to comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act
  • Incorrect product sent by our mistake

For safe return shipping, use a tracked service. Items returned without tracking are at your own risk.

Refunds: Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of returned items, typically within 7 business days. Refund methods include:

  • In-store account credit
  • Exchange for another product
  • Refund to the original payment method

Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
