What is Catati?
Catati is New Zealand’s first and only store dedicated exclusively to cats. We offer premium cat supplies, expert care advice, and a local showroom based in Auckland.

Where is Catati located?
You can visit us at 13A Ride Way, Rosedale, Auckland 0632. We’re open Tuesday to Sunday (Closed on Monday & public holidays), 10am–6pm.

Is Catati 100% New Zealand-owned?
Yes — we’re proudly NZ-owned and operated, focused on delivering quality and trust to local cat lovers.

 

Products & Shopping

Do you only sell cat products?
Yes — our entire range is cat-exclusive, including high-quality food, toys, grooming tools, cat litter, accessories, and stylish cat furniture.

Can I shop online and pick up in-store?
Definitely! Choose Click & Collect during checkout and pick up your order from our Rosedale showroom.

Do you deliver across New Zealand?
Partially at the moment — we provide fast North island shipping directly from our Auckland warehouse. We are working hard on our South island shipping!

What types of cat litter do you offer?
We specialize in premium litter options like our best-selling Tofu & Tapioca Cat Litter, known for being natural, flushable, and dust-free.

Are your products eco-friendly?
Many of our items are eco-friendly, made from recycle materials or biodegradable — check product pages for details

 

Orders & Returns

What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are secured.

How do I track my order?
You’ll get an email with your tracking link once your order is picked up by our Courier. Local same-day deliveries may not include a courier tracking number.

Can I return or exchange products?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for unused items in original condition. Read our full return policy here.
